Upkeep Book is a quiet notebook for the recurring jobs around your home: changing filters, descaling the coffee machine, testing smoke detectors, servicing the heating.
See what needs attention
- Jobs are grouped into Overdue, Due soon and Later
- A small ring on each job shows how much of its interval has passed
- Overdue jobs are marked with a symbol and words, not color alone
Mark it done
- Tap the ring to mark a job done today, or log a past date
- The next due date is worked out from when you actually did it: a monthly job done on 10 October is next due on 10 November
- Month ends and leap years are handled correctly
Keep a history
- Every job keeps a timeline of when it was completed
- Renaming or recategorizing a job keeps its history

- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-in and no account. Open the app and start.
- Where is my data stored?
- Only on your iPhone. Upkeep Book has no servers, no cloud sync and no analytics, so nothing you enter is sent to us or anyone else.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. The app is free, with no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- What happens if I delete the app?
- Deleting the app deletes its data from your iPhone. If your iPhone is backed up to iCloud or a computer, that backup may still contain the app's data, as with any app.
